- Split system supply and installation — Indoor and outdoor unit installation, refrigerant line set run, electrical connection from the switchboard and commissioning, with the system tested across all operating modes before handover.
- Ducted system installation — Full ducted system installation including indoor unit, ductwork, ceiling outlets, zoning controls and dedicated electrical circuit — planned to suit the building's layout and insulation.
- Replacement of existing units — Old or inefficient units removed and replaced with modern inverter technology, reusing existing penetrations and wiring where the installation allows.
- Maintenance and servicing — Filter cleaning, coil inspection, refrigerant level check and electrical connection inspection to keep the system operating efficiently and identify issues before they become costly faults.
Frequently Asked Questions
Sizing is based on the room's floor area, ceiling height, insulation, window area and orientation. As a rough guide, 2.5–3.5 kW suits rooms up to about 20 m² in Queensland conditions, but rooms with poor insulation, large west-facing windows or high ceilings may need more capacity. The space should be assessed before a unit is recommended.
